  I met Carlos through my buyer who was frantically looking for help. My buyer was with another lender who promised the moon and stars but deliver empty promises.   Carlos is Amazing!!! He always really keep it 100% at all times. He is one of the few people that really mean to help home buyers without seeing you as a buck sign. He goes above and beyond to make sure you know and understand the entire process, while being super patience. Not only he got me approved super fast with all the programs available for me but my closing only lasted 25 days after offer submitted. 5 years later after i bought, he still call me and send me post cards for my Birthdays, New Years, Christmas, 4th of July, Home Anniversaries and even as a courtesy call to keep in touch. He is AMAZING and a great spirit human being that all he wants is the best for their clients in my case well, me and my family.

  I have a great experience working with Carlos on a purchase loan recently. He is quick and precise. He always replies promptly whenever I have questions. He also informs ahead what to expect, making sure his customer understands the process in order to move along quickly. Most importantly, his rate is the lowest!!
