  Heritage Mortgage was recommended multiple times to me for my recent home purchase and I am so happy with my experience! Eric Ross was my loan officer and he made what is normally a stressful process easy and successful. Everything went smoothly and I would definitely use Eric again for a refinance.   Gregory Morgan was our lending agent for our first home purchase and we can’t praise him enough for his professionalism, availability, patience, and organization. As first time home buyers, we required a lotttt of education related to mortgage rates, points, down payments, types of loans available to us, etc. and Greg patiently informed us on every aspect of the loans we were interested in to the point that we felt abundantly confident in the choices we went with for our purchase and well informed on how the process works for our next purchase. He also made himself available at all hours during both the work week and the weekend to find the bank with the absolute best terms, communicate/ coordinate with the real estate agents AND lawyer on funding status and closing date options, and to answer our numerous questions along the way. We will recommend heritage, and specifically Greg , to all our friends and family going forward because we know they’ll be in great hands. Thank you Greg!!

  My experience with Heritage Mortgage was nothing but extraordinary, at a time when I thought I would never be a homeowner, Heritage pulled a miracle and helped me with an FHA Loan. James cicalese was amazing to work with & guided me every step of the way. I was able to secure a home at an excellent rate and finally become a homeowner. Through all the paperwork and obstacles James Cicalese worked with me diligently and thoroughly explained the whole process to me in a way I could understand.   The entire process was made easy by Jim. He walked me through every step and made sure I knew what items I was going to need and the next steps. He was very professional and communicated everything to me every step of the way.   Chris Spano is absolutely amazing! He takes pride in his work and it shows. He was transparent from the start and helped us every step of the way.   I am sure there are lots of lenders within the Heritage Mortgage Banking Corp., but I came across a gentleman by the name of Peter Haubruck who I would not recommend working with. He initially appears to be helpful and somewhat amiable, but when our family did not ended up using the company for mortgage lending purposes, he wrote a very unkind email regarding how "hard" he worked on getting us pre-approved and how we did not even provide an opportunity to use the banking group as our family's mortgage lending company. If the banking group reads this message, I would recommend offering additional training or something similar to a training to Mr. Haubruck on how to manage potential clients and those clients that do not use the group for mortgage lending.
