  My husband and I have both been very happy with our watch purchases from Heritage Jewelry! Heritage is a great LOCAL family owned & operated place to find nice watches, jewelry, guns, guitars, etc. I'd definitely shop there again & will refer our friends.

  I have previously been to many pawn shops and when I walked through the door it felt like I was at a high class jewelry store. They have very unique designer pieces and whip-ass purses. This will definetly be my next stop when in search for some more unique jewelry. Bonus: They have an awesome shop dog.

  Did not buy anything. If you like paying top dollar or brand new prices for used stuff this is the place for you. Many firearms had visible blemishes while still in the case. They were asking brand new prices for used guns. I know some weapons are collectible.... These are not those guns. TV, were ancient and you could buy better at Walmart for the same price or less with a sale.

  I am certainly sorry that you didn't fully enjoy your visit at our shop. What might be the issue is that you were looking at new guns that we order and sell daily. We do sell quite a few collectable firearms and we would be glad to show them to you and help you understand their value and condition. We never charge to look and to teach, in fact, it is something we love to do for the public. Firearms are a very particular and interesting subject that easily makes a lot of people confused to why they are priced the way they are.   I brought in several items to be sold. Although they didn't take any, they were direct and articulate as to what they were looking for and even referred me to an alternate location. They were friendly, helpful and the shop had a nice layout with good security. Outstanding store

  I was told by the gentlemen they pay you the gold weight, so what it's worth in gold, I went in knowing exactly how much it weighed and how much I should get. He offered me $150 less than what it was supposed to be so when I called him out he tried saying now they pay under gold weight (all in the same conversation ) . So I passed on his offer. When I looked at the guns they were priced higher than brand new at the store, I pointed out a gun pulled it up on acadamey and showed them they're charging more. Not a place I'll go back too.

  Cameron, First off, I am sorry that you didn't have a pleasant experience at our shop. However, I take these types of ratings very seriously and we go back and review the tapes to see what went wrong and to make appropriate changes as necessary. We brought up your issues at our team meeting this morning and we reviewed the video and audio of the transaction. You had a nice herringbone necklace, but you were asking over the melt value of the piece. We explained to you how we purchase gold and what it melts for. To which you were upset and asked us to pay you over what it melts for. We politely told you that we, and no other pawnshops, pay more than the melt value for gold. To which you told us that you already had it sold to other people anyway but that they don't have the money. We are sorry that you were not happy with our offer, but after reviewing the tapes, we feel that we did try our best to help you out. There was NEVER any bait and switch as you have accused. We take customer service very seriously here, but when a customer asks for something that we can't do, we let them know. My employees treated you with respect and explained every bit of the process, we just didn't come up with the same number. I feel your characterization of our shop is unfounded, but you are more than welcome back anytime and we would love to try to help you again if you ever have anything else you would like to sell. I hope that in the furute we can take this negative and turn it into a positive.

  Heritage is awesome! I was selling a special item, and they gave me a great price. They are very nice, professional, and worked hard to get me the price I wanted for my item. I highly recommend them.

  This place deserves 5 stars, this is the first time i sell my gold and after checking other places heritage jewelry gave me more money for my gold, not only that they have a great attitude, they are honest and they made me laugh with their stories. I highly recommend this place

  This place is great. They have a lot of interesting items for sale in this shop. The staff is top notch and very knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I would recommend this place if you're looking to purchase, or even sell something.

  Brought in a electronic item for a loan ($75), they offered me $25...went to EZ PAWN, got $65!!! Take note Heritage! You do not belong in the pawn business!!! ***8-21-18*** Response to owner's comment: Thanks for responding. I didn't say anything about the lack of respect or customer service at your establishment. The only thing that was disrespectful was your offer!! You're correct, your representative did explain that my item was discontinued and gave justification for his extremely low offer...however All PAWN SHOP IS FULL OF DISCONTINUED ITEMS!! It still doesn't explain why I received almost 3 times more than your offer at Ezpawn ...MAYBE YOU SHOULD USE THEIR FORUMLA!!!

  First I want to thank you for coming in to our shop and giving us a shot. I am certainly sorry that we didn't make a deal with you, but like all shops we have a formula that we use to value any item. While this might have made you a less than desired offer, the important thing to remember is that you were treated with respect and your offer was explained to you. So at the very least we would have explained how we came up with the offer and show you examples of how we got to that number. I realize that it can be frustrating, but it is how we operate. Now without knowing what you brought in, I can't really do any further research in order to see if there was anything we could have done to better serve you. I hope that in the future you give us another chance at your business.
