  We have been with this agency more than 30 years. Dennis, Suzanne and others have always been very helpful, providing accurate information in a timely manner. I value their excellent customer service. It is worth much more to me than an insurance premium that might cost slightly less. Over the years, we moved several times and had several vehicles. Thanks to them, transitions have always been seamless. When I call, they are always there, to provide whatever assistance I need.

  My family has been with this group for years and years. Accolades to the entire team, Matt in particular, for their truly excellent customer service. We have recently switched home and auto coverage, not an easy task. Matt was helpful and knowledgeable throughout the change process. My daughter is in the midst of buying her first residence and again, all correspondence is accurate, helpful and timely. On top of it all, I have a long list of musical instrument/gear that is covered on a separate rider and updated on a regular basis. Never a problem. Can't recommend this office highly enough.

  This family had been with this agency for decades. Matt and Sue have always gone above and beyond for my husband and I as well as my daughter. Best agents out there.   We have been with Heritage Agency for a long time and have had nothing but a good experience when we needed their services. They were fast and courteous when solving our problems with ice buildup on our roof which destroyed some of of our ceilings. The estimator came very quickly and they gave us a fair estimate and a check and we were able to get everything fixed and back in order. We would highly recommend them great agency great people
