  Not sure what Wayne's problem is with me, but whenever my spouse (a man) spoke w him on the phone or by email he was always polite and responsive to him. When we spoke via conference call he was dismissive & condescending toward me. He was generally hard to get in touch w & responded to all questions (from us & our agent) w one or two word replies. A real mystery. Then, right before closing, and long after we had received an approval letter, we find out that no, there is no loan, and no, he will not help. When I tried to point out that hey, maybe he might have tried to prevent this outcome, he literally yelled at me. So no, can't recommend.

  Worked with Petar Bojlevski for our mortgage and he was so incredible to work with. Went above and beyond for us in answering any questions we had and was extremely thorough throughout the entire process. Highly recommend working with him and his team!

  I am very happy w Upstate Premier Mortgage. Especially to Wayne and Cate! Even if I was a nuisance, they did everything they could to make sure I was taken cared of. I would highly recommend them.   I am thoroughly happy with the service I received from Upstate Premier Mortgage. Thanks to Wayne and Kelly they have made the tuff process of buying a home much more enjoyable.   UPM is the worst mortgage company there is. Wish zero stars was something I could give. Don’t believe these reviews as UPM asks all their happy clients to give them a positive review but they don’t ask the angry customers to do it. They jerked my husband and I around like we were idiots. They dragged the process out and then would ignore our calls and emails when they didn’t want to deal with us. They were upset that we actually noticed all the hidden fees and price changes they kept putting in our contracts. We had to have them rewrite it multiple times because we kept finding where they were trying to get more money than we agreed on from us. It was sneaky and underhanded and if we hadn’t been in so deep already we woulda left them and worked with literally anyone else. If you want to buy a house DO NOT USE UPSTATE PREMIER MORTGAGE!

  I had a great experience with Upstate Premier Mortgage Petar told me exactly what I had to do to get my loan approved, Found a bank to get it done and Kelly Got the paperwork and documents where it needed to go in a very timely manner. Upstate Premier Mortgage got my family and me into the house we picked out! If you want to buy a house and you are looking into any FHA programs or any mortgage for that matter I highly recommend going to Upstate Premier Mortgage.

  Great experience purchasing our second vacation home with Kevin Schuman of Upstate Premier Mortgage. Kevin had our financing secured within 3 weeks and was there to answer any questions we had a long the way. Thank you Kevin for making a typically complicated process a quick and easy one.

  Kelly with Upstate premier is an amazing, kind, sympathetic, talented, loan officer. She exhibited outstanding professionalism. She really went the extra mile for me and made the process much easier. Buying a home can be nerve wrecking, but Kelly helped me thru it all. I would definitely recommend her as a loan officer. Wayne did a great job too. He really helped me in many ways and exhibited extreme patience and professionalism. He went above and beyond as well to get me into my new home. We couldn't have made it thru this process without them. We are extremely satisfied with our experience with Upstate Premier thanks to these 2 amazing individuals.

  We couldn't be happier with UPM. Mark did an excellent job of walking us through our first home buying experience. He, along with Kim and Cate, stayed on top of everything and were always quick with a response to any question we had. They took the stress out of the entire process from the offer to close. We would highly recommend them.
