  They are horrible, they couldn't answer any questions we had and lied to us constantly. They also require a 1000$ deposit just look at the low end houses they have. Once we decided not to go with them they refuse to return our phone calls and haven't returned our deposit. I consider them little more than con-artists. A business should not have to offer you 500$ off for you to give them a positive review online, so any positive post you can be sure was bought. You would be so much better off going right down the road to Comfort homes, when you get there and see the difference you'll understand. We will never, ever do business with them again. And hopefully we will get our money back before we have to take legal action.

  Good morning to everyone!! I'm writing this post in reference to Wayne Hii. Wayne is a very good and hard working man. He's a family man, he is a man of Intergerity, Dedecation, Trust Worthy, Honesty, Energetic, Eager to learn, and and a very Hard Worker, with an Awesome Personality. I have no doubt that he will be a great asset to your company. Just to say He Is A Hard Worker and a very Intelligent Man that goes above and beyond his duties to accomplish his goal!!! I have known Wayne for Over 40 years and he take Pride in What he does. So with all that being said "Wayne Hill is a very Intelligent Man". Opportunity is given he will Prove himself!!!!   We have had the pleasure of working with Reggie on getting A 2nd home on our property for my mom to be close by. He has been there to answer all of our questions and get us exactly what we were looking for. I recommend checking them out! Very fairly priced and easy to work with!

  I came in to Heritage Housing of Athens looking for information on homes and I was surprised to see how caring and family oriented the staff is at this location. It's rare to see a business today with family values, great service and prioritizing customer's needs. I was so impressed with the overall experience, I asked if I could join their sales team. This should be your first and last stop to make your american dream a reality.

  I personally didn't do any business here however, the reason why I'm giving them a 5 star is because of how friendly and caring the lady who works here is. My car broke down right in front of the place and while I waited outside for the toll truck in 90F temperature, the lady offered us to come inside in their air conditioned office and even gave us free cold bottled water while we waited for the toll truck to arrive. She made us feel very comfortable and welcomed and would if given the chance would gladly do business with them

  This place is a terrible business. I regret buying my house from them , it has been a nightmare. We put $20,000 down and are left with a house that is undone with many issues. The house is not level and they was made aware of this issue and decided to ignore us and did not fix it. The stove did not work we had to find an electrician to come look at it, ends up the wire for the stove had been cut in half and was shoved in the wall. The a/c unit drip was not hooked up so water is leaking under my house. The Back door has a big dent in the bottom, they was made aware of this also. The spare bedroom has holes in the ceiling that still has not been fixed. The closet has no closet rack and no blinds in the living room. They had to put new door knobs on the doors because the keys was lost. The exhaust fan in the spare bathroom does not work. The spare bedroom door is not level so it will not even stay opened. My husband had to call all the inspections in cause they never called to have a single one done. They know about all these issues in the house but yet keep feeding us lies after lies. We had to find an electrician to come hook up the power cause they could not find anyone to do it. We have tried to work with this company about fixing the house but after all the lies we are just fed up. If you are thinking of buying a house I would go elsewhere.

  Justus Ortiz was very courteous and informative. If he didn’t have answers to our questions he would go find the answers for us. He made purchasing our new home pleasant.

  My husband and I was looking to purchase a new home and stumble across Heritage Homes. We spoke with a representative named Doug Helms and he gave us plenty of information. Its been so lovely working with him and I cant wait to begin the process into buying a mobile home perfect for my family!

  These people are rude. I walked in and went to look at homes to buy. No one could help me. When I came back in to try again there was a man there started talking to him and told him I just wanted to look at all of the homes. He said he could not do that I had to pick what kind I wanted. When I told him I just want to look he then told me if I wanted to look there was another place down the road. He then told me the name was comfort homes. I am telling you that is the place to shop they have a very friendly staff and will actually help you and are not disrespectful to customers. To pass off business is pretty sorry of a company. I would definitely not shop at this place.
