  My husband and I were in the market to purchase our first home; we had gone to three different banks and gotten the same result from all of them. They weren't really interested in helping us or explaining anything to us because we weren't rich and didn't have a lot of money to put down and we didn't have a huge monthly budget to where we could afford a large loan. Finally, someone we knew suggested a mortage company so I went on line and did some research and Heritage came up looking really promising so I called them. Let me tell you, choosing Heritage Home Loans to help us was our best decision! They were amazing! I can't tell you how many questions I asked and then asked again, but no matter how many times I asked they took the time to answer. I have a really rough schedule to work with, but that didn't matter they worked with us, they stayed after hours to meet or talk with us weither in person or on the phone. More important than them being so patient and kind, they were HONEST! They sat down and told us what we could afford and why. They never pushed us in any direction or tried to rush us into buying anything, they waited until we were really ready! They also recommended a WONDERFUL realtor, who without we would never found our home! She was awesome! I will always come back to Heritage Home Loans for any future homes we purchase. Thank you Rande and Julie for being so wonderful, you made our home buying experience easy and fun!

  June of this year, I purchased a little 2 bedroom bungalow in Mullan Idaho. I am a first time buyer. Tracy Windhorst and his great team helped, educated, and patiently guided me, sticking with me through a multitude of outside problems, and brought my "bottom line" to a reasonable, doable purchase. Thank you, especially, Tracy for getting my closing costs down to less than half of what the were originally! You are Great! Thank you to all of you!
