  Laura and her team were great from the beginning. She quickly responded to questions we had, even on evenings and weekends. There was never "waiting" for help from her or her team. One of our biggest concerns was purchasing a home out of state. She was able to get things done quickly by phone calls, e-documents and through emails. Laura is the main reason we had the confidence to "go for it" to find our dream vacation home. She was patient, calm and reassuring when the process sometimes felt overwhelming, which helped the overall experience to be relatively smooth and painless. She is knowledgeable and helped us secure a lower interest rate by watching the rates and acting quickly on our behalf. She does have her client's best interests at heart.   My experience with Laura was terrible. She gave me a great quote to earn my business that she couldn't actually lock in and give me. I called everyday to discuss rates and she was extremely difficult to reach and even when we agreed on a time to talk she would not be available. She made multiple promises that she went back on, and even sent a rude email about me to her entire staff, my realtor, and me. Highly suggest going else where!

  Envoy mortgage funded our new home, Laura Wells and her team (Spokane) made the process seem easy and painless. After dealing with a bunch of other lenders before, we never thought it would go that well. The rate was good, the house closed in 3 weeks and the experience was exemplary.   Throughout the process Laura and her team were extremely responsive, especially when COVID had the mortgage market being extremely volatile. At the last minute our planned mortgage took a bad turn that would have cost us a lot of money in the long run. Laura and her team worked like superhumans to put us into a much better mortgage just days before closing. It was like magic and we are ever grateful. They are always looking out for their customers.
