  From initial phone call to completed initial application all within 45 minutes. I usually loathe paperwork and applications but this team made the process much easier than signing up for a new bank account or purchasing a new car. Jason will be my first call every time I need to get a loan. I travel about 75% of the year for work and this team's ability to work with me quickly through email and electronic docs made it a wonderful experience. Quick communication, thorough instructions when necessary, and no-BS.

  Jason, Sam and the rest are the fantastic, the website is great because I can see all the loan options laid out right if front of me and once we selected a loan they got us through the process quick and easy. We have done 3 refi's and they all went very smooth and saved us money on our mortgage!

  We just completed our second re-fi with Catlin Capital. They did such a good job for us the first time around it was a no-brainer to check them out again. 30 days - start to finish - we are done. Great website too. You can get all the mortgage quotes you want for a straight up re-fi or a cash-out refi without having to fill out an endless questionnaire with your personal information. In fact, they require no personal information and give you the results of your quote request immediately, online. No sales calls, no sharing of your personal information, just straight forward professional information with the skills to back it up. Thank you Jason and Travis!

  Jason and Joshua were great to work with. Jason was able to simplify a lot of the complexities of purchasing a first home. Quick to respond throughout the entire process, and quick toclose once we made an offer. Catlin easily had the best format of showing rates and fees on their website out of the dozen or so lenders I applied to and would get 10/10 stars for that alone.

  Most outstanding about Jason (and Sylicia) were their responsiveness, willingness to do research about my particular refinancing needs, finding the right product for me, focus on my situation until we locked in on a rate, and consistent follow-up to either help me get the appropriate documents for them or to update me on the process as it went along. I've refinanced a half dozen times -- this was the best experience I've had. Jason maintains excellent availability, even on the weekends if necessary. Their website and its functionality with uploading documents was top-notch and easy to use.
