  Patrick did an amazing job on renting our investment property in Brentwood. We received key on mid-March and Patrick is able to get it rented out in ~1 week. Good job on listing on multiple platforms, generated good interested (100+ contacts, 6 applications), and helped us with final maintenance before we hand the key to the rentee. Would work again with Patrick again on my future projects!

  Patrick helped me create a savings account for my children on the fidelity website. He also helped me create a college fund that worked with my budget. He was extremely helpful, he takes his time explaining things. He talked to me about building wealth and making good decisions moving forward. Update: With the help of Patrick and budget planning I have tripled the amount of money in my savings.   I worked with Heritage Fund Realty with I was trying to fix my credit. Patrick was great to work with. He was patient and communicative. He walked me through all of the ways to build my credit, but also discussed ways to build wealth and develop a better financial lifestyle.
