Boaz Meiri1I scheduled an appointment with a banker, Sam, for 11am. I arrived on time and then I was asked to wait. After 30 minutes I asked for the status and they said that he's in a meeting, they don't know how long this will take and they couldn't interrupt him. I left. Two hours later, at 1pm, Sam called me and said that he had a three hours meeting. Meaning, he was busy between 10am and 1pm. Yet they had scheduled my appointment for 11am.

Moyra Rasheed1I cant believe Chase has such bad customer service. Rude tellers, rolling eyes, muttering under breath at an elderly who was taking time, are not interested in helping customers, seem miserable to be there. Iam a private client and got 2 eye rolls from one of the workers there when Asked to see a private banker. I heard the phone ring and no customer, no one picked up 3 times, went to their voice mail.

Tammy Slaughter5My experiences here have always been positive! The bankers here really seem to genuinely love their jobs; they're friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful in their respective roles. Even when or if for whatever reason they've been unable to help (and that's been on a very rare occasion), they've done so with such grace and poise - and will still yet attempt to point you in the right direction. My hat is off to Patrick, a kind and patient personal banker. He actually sat and listened attentively to my personal banking needs and gave me clear and sound advice about 2 weeks ago. Today (5/28/19) I heard a gentleman say to Patrick (after he helped to complete a deposit form for him) that he likes coming to this bank. He added that they're very efficient. When I commented to Patrick about the compliment, his humble response was, 'while banking is important, getting back to your life and the things you need to do is important.' Man, that touched me! Very genuine guy that Patrick is. I couldn't say enough positive things about him! You better know your worth...thanks Patrick!

Dan Trujillo3They should add some lights outside for safety. It's not a bad bank to bank at during the day.

Papani Malang1I had one of the associates help me order checks. She said it would take 10 business days to arrive. Three weeks later, checks never arrived. I stopped by the branch to get temporary checks. Teller and another helper checked on the statues and said that i should recive the checks in a few days. Had to pay for the temporary checks. Two weeks went by. No checks. Stopped by the branch for the second time. Spoke to a teller and banker. No help. Both provided me with 800 number to call if i wanted to cancel my checks and re-order. Call the 800 number to check the status of my check's. The automated system was asking for routing number to proceed. I have no routing number. So a week later, i stopped by the branch againg. Spoke to a teller. She said all bankers are busy with other customers. I looked around. I saw one customer waiting in the lobby. Two bankers chatting. One lady walking around pretend she did not hear anything between me and the teller. Everyone at the branch look so deprived, nobody seems to want to help. I walked out. No need to come again. Wells Fargo and B of A are in walking distance.

Erin Cerasaro5Very nice branch. Even though I am no longer a customer (switched to military banking), I needed some old statements. Robin was kind enough to take me as a walk in and help me right away with my request. Very great customer service!

Alessio Sangalli5Very nice branch, in a convenient location in a mall with many other services. It is not that kind of dilapidated mall that has become common recently, but it is lively, and the bank has several high end ATM with the huge monitor. Not one of those sketchy branches
