  Heritage is a marvel and the team can really do wonders. I was going through a lengthy buying process and despite the fact that 3 companies have tried and told me that it would be impossible for me to buy, Heritage was the only one that got me to close on my transaction.   If you are looking for a Loan Officer, do not look any further. I had an outstanding experience with Carlos Encarnación. He just went above and beyond to ensure that our loan got approved. Carlos worked tirelessly to ensure that I knew every step of the process and to make it as smooth as possible.   Very responsive. It was a pleasure working with this team. Nikesh was in touch with us throughout and kept us informed. Refi was a breeze and they had the best rates too. They called me later to ask if I would like to post a review and I obliged. In my opinion, only those who have done a good job will ask. Don’t think, go for it....

  This was my first experience with Heritage Financial. Team is friendly, but had to follow up with them multiple times to get any information. When my discussion started one rate was locked without PMI, and till closing date, DJ, Tina assured me that they will give me the rate that was confirmed initially in very friendly way, so had to believe them, but 2-3 days before closing when I saw CD, I go higher rate (without informing me, which was surprised to me) They said this is what they can give now, as it was very close to closing day I had no choice then to accept the provided rate. Really very upset with what they say and what they give. My experience was not as expected.

  I strongly recommend Heritage financial for all mortgage needs and will refer all my friends and family to work with them. I closed on my condo purchase last week with them and they were very professional and prompt with any questions me and my wife had. Got me the rate promised and closed in less than 30 days since we bought a short sale on Condo which was NON WARRANTABLE. Thank you for all the help.

If you are looking to get money to buy a home or you are the guys into real estate business where you buy and sell property for living, Heritage financial will meet all your financial need to fulfill your endeavors. And for finally the Queen of Jersey City mortgage industry "TINA SHAH" is the person who knows and only knows how to get the dice rolling. Trust me she will get it done.   Heritage is my second choice of mortgage corporation. I contacted this company on the last minute before closing date. Heritage helped me very nicely at the beginning with reasonable interest rate. I was happy with their application processing fees, and other documents. When I was very close to closing date then things changed. Such as interest rate raised from 4.75 to 5.12, added another application fees around $600.00. Beginning application fees including credit checking was about $600.00. I raised the question why twice application fees? But my broker said that I should pay it or I can go out without loan. Broker never indicate about point system. To go out of loan It was embarrassing situation for me. Broker also mentioned that they approved my loan within a month. That is very true. Therefore, I am not 100% happy with the company for last minutes trapping and raising interest rate and extra application fees. My suggestion to new applicants is that go with them step by step confirming in writing and go simultaneously other company. So that you will have chances to choose anyone. Do not depend on only one.
