  This bank is horrendous. Constantly blocking my debit card for supposed 'fraud' I've made the same purchases from the same places for the past 5 years. No phone calls, no emails. The phone system in the local branch is garbage. Noone ever answers yet there are a dozen cars parked in the employee parking. I've been with them for 10+ years now. Applied for a credit building loan which I put all the money into and was denied. From a Credit Union. I see loyalty means nothing anymore

  Every dealing we have had with Heritage Credit Union has been positive. From transferring our checking and saving accounts from a standard bank to transferring our vehicle loans. They are a pleasure and SO easy to work with. Very refreshing these days when compared to the banking establishments and their customer no-service we have dealt with in the past. We also plan to transfer our home mortgage to them in the very near future. I would give ten stars if they were available!

  Opened my accts over the phone with Kelsey, she was so kind, informative and professional. Loved working with her and am thrilled to be a part of the heritage credit union family. Then recently had the honor of working with Brandi and she has also been AMAZING. I am soooo impressed with these 2 ladies that words can not be enough. Great personalities, smiles, kindness, knowledge, helpfulness and so much more. Kelsey and Brandi YOU ARE THE BEST, thank you for such a joyful welcoming experience.

  Lisa is amazing!!! Lisa went above and beyond during a loan purchase, during Xmas week, making sure everything was processed, communication throughout and ultimately completed during a tight schedule. I have been pleased with every transaction at our local branch here in Chetek. They have earned all of our banking business over the past two years. Everyone is friendly, professional and courteous, what more can you ask for from your local financial institution?!

  This is such an amazing bank: I live almost an hour away from Heritage, and I still bank here. I used to live closer but when I moved I kept my account with them because of the amazing service. I love working with Lisa for my loans, always painless and easy.

  I have banked with Heritage since 2004 and have never had a bad experience. The tellers are all friendly and knowledgeable. I especially love the older tellers, who know every customer by name. There are a lot of impoverished people in Barron County, and the staff at Heritage treat every customer with dignity and respect.

  Shelly was AMAZING!! She took the time to walk me through the banking and loan process. She went way above and beyond by walking me through my credit report and explaining how I can take simple steps to improve my score. Heritage feels like a family.....seriously!! I am in love with this credit union already and appreciate Shelly giving me a chance with a loan. Thank you Shelly and thank you Heritage Credit Union. I will be a customer for life!
