  I work in the car business, buy a lot of vehicles, and amongst dozens of purchases, this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. These folks are the real deal. Awesome small town family atmosphere, with people who are personable, helpful, genuine, and passionate about what they do. They’re also true car guys who know their stuff. It’s apparent that they value doing the right thing, not cutting corners on what they do, and treating customers like family. This is apparent in how many repeat customers travel for long distances to come here, and staff that’s been with them for decades. In my case, Clay went above and beyond to work with me on the purchase of a Ram Laramie, with me being 200 miles away. Whatever the question I had, he was knowledgeable and had answers, from the vehicle itself to great financing options. Clay was very accommodating - made some personal modifications to the truck for me, and even held it for a week till I could be there to purchase it. The morning I showed up, it was ready and waiting out front with every detail just right. I immediately took it on a 800 mile trip in the first 36 hours (including towing a trailer) and everything went flawlessly. Couldn’t be happier. I’m already sending all my friends and family there, and I’ll be back again for my next purchases.

  I wish I could give more than 5 stars!! I had the best experience at Gilbert’s of Sand Creek. I customized and ordered a new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L and they made the process super easy and enjoyable. I specifically worked with Clay and he was patient with all of my questions and super knowledgeable about all of the details of the Jeep itself, the different packages available for customization and the process overall. Once my Jeep came he spent a significant amount of time in the vehicle showing me the different settings and features it came with. On top of this, I had my 2.5 year old son with me for multiple trips to their office and they were super accommodating. Everyone in the office was extremely nice and friendly and I was thanked multiple times by multiple people for my business. Honestly I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a car and I will 100% be going back when it is my husbands turn for a new vehicle!!!

  I didn't end up buying a truck here because I decided to buy one privately, but I have to leave a review anyway because I was so very impressed by my conversations with Lane. Totally no pressure, answered questions quickly (even after hours), super friendly. I would very happily travel from hours away to buy a vehicle from this place in the future!!

  The folks at Gilbert’s of Sand Creek are absolutely phenomenal! They seriously have gone out of their way to help us get into a newer and significantly safer set of wheels for me and my boys. My husband and I have already decided we will go back again and again. Zero judgement. Family oriented. All around, they are just good people. Forget the greasy haired salesman of yesteryear and go for the guys who actually care that you and your family are in a safe, reliable vehicle.

  The only place I go. I have purchased every car I have ever owned here. I always have my vehicles serviced here as well. They are honest and have very fair pricing. I never feel any pressure when I come here. They are very quick and efficient when doing work or maintenance. They stand behind all their service work and what they sell. 5 Stars all day long. Amazing!
