Been banking with them since 2018, never had any issues. The mobile deposit has always worked flawlessly but I was really impressed by their office in Sioux Falls the one time that I had a reason to visit in person. Phone support has always been friendly and helpful when I had questions. The interest rates used to be amazing on their eCentive account, not so much anymore but still better than most. Overall, a good bank.

Very disappointed- had my credit pulled now my score is EVEN LOWER NOW- he failed to ask me if I had any DISPUTES OPEN AND claimed that this is considered a “bankruptcy”. I’m beyond floored!!! That’s what I get for trusting people with my DAMN CREDIT! I’m so beyond upset right now- and he apologized but FOR WHAT ???? THE DAMAGE IS DONE!!! Petty! Thanks for nothing Rick. Your radio ad scammed me pretty good.
