  Absolutely a great experience. As a first time Veteran home buyer she made the process easy to understand step by step.   Great team over at Amerifirst- they all go above and beyond to do what is best for you. It was my first time getting a home loan, and they walked me through every step and were amazing, accommodating and helpful. We couldn't be happier with our experience.   I was very fortunate to have worked with Helen Robinson and her staff. The process was overwhelming at first especially with pandemic and a very unexpected snowstorm. But the entire team walked us through every step carefully explaining all important details. I appreciate their patience, knowledge, and professionalism. Always felt like I was well taken care of.
