  I've not even got a loan threw this company yet .when I called they was super nice to me. This lady told me she would help me all she can and I beleive that. I think this company is very descent and professional whether I get a loan or not.. i appreciate there kindness God bless u guys. Freddie Jones.

  I've had an account with Heights, for many years, I can't say one bad thing about the company. They are the very best. They will help in any way they can. Taylor, is the Best. I appreciate all of her hard work and dedication. She's so kind & caring.

  I’ve done 2 loans with them prior with no problems, went back to them for another and “ had technical problems “ but actually was slandered to a fellow coworker by whom called me to talk about the loan. And then hung up on. Called back to talk to manager who also had me on speaker and was still talking about me while I was explaining the issue with manager. No apology no explanation . Flat out rude and judgmental. Simply because my spouse handles the bills and money so I can focus on the home, and family. But that’s fine! We will never come back to this company and in process of going to corporate.

  This company is a absolute disgrace to work for. The managers are extremely immature. I won’t speak on my personal situation with the company due to Covid 19 but I will be taking it to court in the following days. The company does not care about employees, offers them nothing and is completely selfish.
