  My spouse and I have met with other lenders over the course of the past 2 years. It wasn’t the right time for us to buy a home. We decided it was the right time now. We decided to go with Heidi Buckley at Intercap lending. She was very thorough and helpful. I am a First time homebuyer, so i had A LOT of questions throughout the whole process. I was always able to get ahold of her when we had questions, and she promptly replied to emails. She talked us through the advantages/disadvantages on our credit reports, and gave us her suggestions. She kept us informed throughout the process of what was currently happening or what we were waiting on (etc). The Best part about the experience was that she never made me feel like she didn’t have time for me. Some of the aforementioned lenders we’d previously met with had made us feel that way. The housing market is crazy right now and lenders are busy, and I sincerely appreciated the time she took for us and i believed she had our best interest at heart. Also, for people looking to get their loan in a very timely Manner, from the time the loan was officially approved to when we signed the closing papers was about a week! 10/10 would recommend Heidi at Intercap!

  Heidi did a smash up job getting our re-fi processed in a quick and professional manner. We had an awesome referral to use her, and we got exactly what we asked for by asking around. When we asked her if we could have it done by a certain date, she explained if I could get all of our required documentation to her promptly, she believed she could. We got the job done a week ahead of what we had hoped for. That rarely happens in today's world. THANKS HEIDI for an amazing job! Keep doing GREAT THINGS!
