  Tim made our home buying experience quick and painless! He was great at getting back to me any time I had a question or worry (which happened a lot) and never made me feel like I was bothering him. He also made sure to call or email us any time he had some kind of update throughout the process, which was so helpful for us as first time home buyers.   I feel indebted to Tim for his work on our loan. We had a few issues with a previous loan, so we thought we weren't going to be able to buy the property. However, Tim came in and saved the day. We were able to restart the pre-approval process with Tim, and we closed within two weeks. He communicated well, and it felt like we were his only clients (and I know that's not even close to true).   Tim was great! Very responsive over email as well as able to communicate house lending specifics (that we are limited on our knowledge) well over email where context and understanding can easily be lost. We appreciated Tim's willingness to get on the phone with us and talk through our various financial components throughout the process. He helped us identify appropriate and advantageous ways to go through various loans. He did this from start to finish!

  We could not be more happy with the work that Tim, Maria and the rest of the team at MGM. Tim was very honest and sincerely cares for everyone that walks through the door. He takes the time to educate you on your credit and which mortgages are right for you. To get us the best interest rate Tim spent hours with sometimes as late as 8pm! If you want to feel like you have a trusted friend working with you to get your home Tim and MGM are the very best!!!

  I was unsure about buying a house and didn't even know where to start. I was finally recommended to go talk to Morgan at MGM. It was life changing for me and my family! She was patient and willing to go out of her way to help us comfortable. She constantly kept us updated and lead us to buying our first home. They took care of us and I think they will do a good job taking care of anyone.:)
