  Joey has handled every financing process on my home; except one. Our business relationiship started in 2001. I was a single divorced woman, at a time when financing wasn't easy for us. I have refinanced my home - 5 or 6 times now. The one refinance process he didn't handle, was because he told me he couldn't give me the best rate, at that time. How many business men are that honest? I would not trust anyone else. I would give him 10 stars if it was offered.

  Garrett Mortgage makes buying or refinancing super easy and uncomplicated! Joey Garrett walked us through everything made the process simple, he even emailed us when rates dropped to do a quick refinance to lower our payment!!   Highly recommend Garrett Mortgage. I did a refinance on a mortgage loan and Joseph was exceptional to work with! Overall customer service was stellar; he delivered on what he promised, he kept me up-to-date on the process and communicated very quickly. I had been working with a bank/credit union before him, but they took forever and frankly treated me like a number.
