      Financed my auto loan through them. Multiple errors setting up auto pay. Very disorganized. A few hardworking people work here and are keeping it afloat. They are helpful if you go into the office for help in-person. Forget getting help over the phone. Not to mention recurring fees galore.

      Excellent customer service. Great banking services: car loans, home equity line, checking and saving. I always feel like my business is appreciated. I do wish they had zelle available.

      I love the bank in itself . Great place to bank. However today was not a good day . I needed to go to a branch. Why it's on a hospital campus . I don't know but it was hot and I had to walk . And then they wanted me to wait so someone can come find me . I was like no I'm not walking again. I called and the lady and she was real nice but I was already upset . Great customer service but no way am I coming to a branch again

      Customer service is horrible information is not correct most often. It differs. One person is very very nasty and vindictive. I’m glad I only use one service from them now. I use a real credit union NFCU for planning banking loans and all else. Caveat Emptor fellow employees

      AMAZING Place. I mean it hast to be compaired to standard bank Federal Credit Unions FTW!!! The hours on Google are wrong, the ACTUALLY are: Mon Tues & Thurs 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Wednesday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Friday 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM Saturday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Sunday Closed
