Clark Eliot1This Financial Institution did not close a joint checking/saving account as directed. They charged 7.00 per month for 2 months then closed it with a derogatory comment on our credit report for 14.00$. If you are a person that views your credit score as a nuisance then this is the bank for YOU!

R1loved the bank,but after an issue,now this long bank change location taken way to long,and asking for receipts for using other ATM.it's all on the computer should be your job for our inconvenience to reimburse us not everyone thinks or has time to do that.bank change could of been done easier.your bank use to be for the people seems turning into another corporate bank

Alix Malkiewicz1We had an account with LA Financial for years and never had an issue with this company until it was time for our account to be closed and the closing balance to be mailed to us. Josh the representative that was in charge of closing the account and sending us the balance check repeatedly lied about when the account was being closed, how it was being sent to us, and about it being sent at all. Very disappointed that our business with a company we trusted for years has ended this way. I will never do business with them again.

donna mueller5We have been so happy that we left Wells Fargo and switched to this local CU. We met Kim Milacki the first time we walked into the branch and she has been helping us ever since! She has always gone that extra step (sometimes a mile or so lol) to insure we get the greatest deal and the best service! We appreciate you!

Coley Lyn1Shared branch supposedly but restricts you getting your money not impressed at all in a medical emergency the manager wouldn’t let me access my full account. Not impressed at all 👎🏼 Soulless people

I live out of state now an have been trying to cancel my account for 2 months . this bank is a raquet Don't get the overdraft protection its not worth it. An what of bank has no drive thru? They pray on the age of there clients

Kelsea King1Everytime I have to call in for an issue with their mobile app I get the worst customer service available. If you use mobile banking at all, this is not the institution for you. If you have the time to walk into the branch everytime you need something then they are great.
