  Pat has done 2 loans for me and both were seamless. Her knowledge and experience makes a huge difference. The first loan she did for me was my very first home purchase and she alleviated the stress and confusion by taking extra time to explain everything step by step. She also found an amazing first time homebuyer program for me. Both loans she was actually able to close early on too! I can’t say enough great things about her. If you want someone personable that takes the time to do things right and communicates with you throughout the process- give her a call!

  I have lived a long time and, as a customer, I have done many loans and refinances in the course of my home and income property ownership. Truly, Pat has been the best of all. She was extremely attentive to all my obsessive detailed questions as well as her response time was remarkable. I have never dealt with anyone this experienced. Pat also, early on, explained what I should expect and where the challenge points could happen. Besides all this, Pat was kind and personable which really helped to put me at ease. I totally recommend Pat Tenney for mortgage refinances!

  Would highly recommend Pat to anyone looking for mortgage services. She takes the time to keep you informed and up to date on what's going on. Have gone to other mortgage service companies in the past and have been extremely disappointed. Pat works very hard for her clients.   Pat Tenny has helped me so much! I can't thank her enough. She worked so hard on this loan for me. Most other places would have thrown their hands up and given up. Pat loves a challenge and let me tell you, this loan was every bit of that. THANK YOU SO MUCH PAT. I am enjoying my new house with a pool thanks to you! This was my second loan with her and I was quickly reminded why I chose her in the first place. If I ever decide to refinance I will be giving you a call and if another amazing deal comes up I am sure I will bring it to you for you to pull your hair out over.   Pat at Midwest Financial is the best. We have done several loans with her and are always VERY happy with the job she does. She has been doing loans for many years and is truly amazing with respect to her job knowledge, ethics, communication with clients and her desire to get the job done and done right. We obtained our latest loan after we moved from the area. We weren't sure how the long-distance relationship would work. It could not have been easier.
