  Thank you so much yet again Colleen for working so hard to make the whole process so easy on our part. You are awesome! Colleen has helped me purchase the home we currently live in and most recently to purchase a vacation home. When buying our home I was all set to purchase through a bank when a friend recommended i give Colleen a call and I am very happy I did she was able to get me a much better deal and also monitored my mortgage and reached out to me about a year later to let me know that she could save us some money on a refi. So when it came time to purchase the vacation home there was no second guessing who i was going to call for the mortgage. Yet again she made the whole process so very easy.

  Colleen is the Best of the Best I tried to go through another low income Program to get discounts and help with closing for 6 months trying to get a home and it did not go good for me at all . so I gave Colleen a call and asked her if she would help me find a home this Woman of God not only assisted me in finding the home that I wanted but , helped me with a very low down payment at closing , I thought I was going to have to bring at least $4,000.00 to closing I only needed a little over $1000.00 and was closed on the home in less then 45 days very happy Colleen is a very trustworthy Woman that God has a place for in Heaven.   We closed on our house today and could not be more thankful for everything Colleen did! She invested so much effort and time into helping us get approved for our house, but it didn’t just start with the house we bought today, our relationship with her started with us having horrible credit and within 7 months we were able to qualify for the purchase of a home, so by me saying that she invested so much effort and time into helping us, it’s exactly what she did, and by doing exactly what she said and with her help got us to our goal today! I sincerely cannot say enough good things about her and would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a mortgage expert!
