  We absolutely could not have asked for a better mortgage broker than Julie. This was our first home-buying experience, so we knew less than nothing and Julie never once made us feel like we were asking a dumb question, but was always game to patiently and kindly explain each and every part of the process. On top of that, we were buying in a tough housing market and ended up putting in eight different offers over four months before actually getting a house and not only was Julie unflappable and tireless in helping us put in every single offer, but she even called unprompted to give us pep talks when we were ourselves on the verge of losing hope. In an age when engaging with most companies feels like getting stonewalled by a series of corporate robots, getting a mortgage through Julie was an experience infused with kindness, integrity, and the kind of basic human-to-human empathy that our world needs more of. In a situation as stressful and overwhelming as buying a house, you want Julie by your side. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

  Julie and (HMI) Harris Mortgages of Idaho did an excellent job of assisting us in procuring a home loan. They were professional, competent and extremely responsive to all calls and questions. They completed our loan at least at week sooner than anticipated. With at least 20 years experience in the mortgage industry, I would highly recommend Julie and her teamed of skilled professionals. They are amazing !

  Julie and Hayden are AMAZING! They made the process sooooo easy compared to our first purchase with a "big box store". There were some weird speed bumps along the way, but I didn't know about them when they were happening. Julie and Hayden were super responsive at any time of the day, and were more than happy to explain anything that I didn't understand. Julie was our personal shopper. She was able to shop around with lenders for the best deal that worked for our personal situation.
