  I guess I have always assumed that one bank is pretty much the same as another. I mean: how different can they be? But the Ketchum Branch of Washington Federal Bank is making me reconsider! Deysi and Ana are so helpful and personal: they have really gone the extra mile for me over the last year or two in helping me sort out some fussy financial affairs. They are great … and this bank branch seems to be great!

  I love doing business at WaFed - it is a very personal bank with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The loan officers are very personable and creative. Communication is easy by e-mail as they respond in a very timely manner. I would certainly recommend WaFed to anyone looking for a new banking relationship.

  The Washington Ketchum Branch, has wonderful costumer service, the girls who work there always have a smile on their faces, they are very accommodating and understanding of your needs, any where from making a deposit to getting a loan! make sure that if you need some financial advice you give them a try. They are the BEST!

  The Ketchum Branch of Washington Federal is my favorite. Everyone there is there is extremely nice and helpful. The service is exceptional and never disappoints. I will continue banking there for many years to come!

  For a regional bank of modest size WaFed offers unusually careful and complete customer care. If the “Bigs” (B of A, Wells,) don’t have a product, they just invent one to fit. It’s a wonderful luxury but not available in every market. I like the WaFed recipe better since it is so transparent and actually based on diligence and hard work. Here are five stars for the good folks at WaFed!

  This is the best bank in town! The tellers are very friendly. Whenever I have an issue they fix it ASAP. Everyone should bank at Washington Federal.

  Having a bank you can trust is very important but having people you trust were you bank is even more important, so I'm happy to say that the girls at the Washington Federal Ketchum branch are trustworthy, but not only that, they have great costumer service that sets the bar very high for the rest of the branches in Idaho, I have say that we are lucky to have great people with high working ethics in our valley, if you are looking for a great bank, that gives your the security you need, but will also put a smile on your face I highly recommend Washington Federal Ketchum Branch!
