  We can't say enough for all of Jeff Harper help in purchasing our first home. His hand on approach to the financial steps and knowledge were reassuring, he would call us or text with updates, he even brought us our forms when our computer was down and we could not get our documents. We also appreciate the extra time he spend answering our question, so we can better understand what we needed to make the purchase happen.   Jeff helped and guided through all the options I had to make sure I was able to buy a home for my mom. He was on top of everything and he always contacted me to let me know what was going on. He was absolutely amazing and honest. He was able to do two separate closings on a very short period of time to make everything work for me. My sister is now doing her refinance with him.   I refinanced my home with Jeff. Jeff is really knowledgeable, and he answers quickly. I had to call him at night to asked him some questions, he answered the phone, and helped me. I highly recommend him, he is professional, respectful, nice to talk to, and he will make all the processes really easy for you. 5 stars.

  Jeff was amazing. I am a realtor and I had a very difficult situation with grandparents selling a manufactured mobile to the grandkids. It took months to get everything in order... certainly no fault of Jeff's. This sale would probably have never been completed without Jeff's patience and expertise. I had tried two lenders before I called Jeff. One lender strung us along and another turned us down immediately. Now we have two happy grandparents and two happy grandkids not to mentions their little ones. I cannot say enough kind words regarding Jeff's help.
