  I went to the bank to get a roll of quarters I gave the teller a $20 bill she give me back a roll of quarters and a $10 bill I get home open up the quarters and find out that there is $1.25 in foreign coins so I basically spent $10 to get $8.75 worth of quarters. So if you get a roll of quarters from this bank I suggest you open up the role and check them before you leave the bank. Smfh.

  Horror, shudder, shriek. I've been with BofA for a long time, but this branch is full of people who would rather look around for something to do other than help you. Like purposely ignore you. Most banks go out of their way to notice you. I don't get it.

  lady at the front was not friendly at all telling her what my problem was she act she really did not care the bank made the mistake by not siging off on some papers that was to go to md state retirment she cold care less too busy on the computer very unfriendly person will not go to the branch again

  This place has one teller and a bunch of video assisted ATM's. If you need help from a real person I would recommend another branch that hasn't been stripped down like this location.
