  Being a young adult freshly out of the public school system, I had no idea what I was doing when it came to finances. Coming to Harmony Federal Credit Union has been the best financial decision I've made thus far. the staff has helped me and taught me how to best save my money. I would highly recommend this credit union to anyone who is looking for a customer oriented, friendly atmosphere.

  Great financial institution! Probably the best in town! Hands down! Nothing negative about this establishment! Always friendly service and willing to go above and beyond for their members! I would recommend Harmony FCU to everyone!

  I absolutely love my credit union. They are so kind and understanding. The staff goes above and beyond for their members even in hard times.

  Worst customer service. They tell you that they'll do something and 9 times out of 10, it doesn't happen. Call to order checks and they forget, leaving people without checks and having to wait 2 weeks. Tell me they are going to mail something the same day and don't. Bank elsewhere!

We understand your frustration with us, but we must strictly abide by the privacy laws in place which is why we, unfortunately, could not be of more help to you when you came into our branch. If any transactions that require mailing documents out occur after the mail has already been delivered for the day, it simply has to get sent the next business day.   They charged me $15 dollars to cash a $40 check!!! What is that? Its from YOUR BANK!!
