  AMAZING Customer Service! Our car had broke down after hours, and had it towed here (without informing anyone). Received a call right away in the morning from Gummy asking what they could do to help. After looking over the car, it seemed to better off trading in, then fixing up. Was connected with Luis in sales. Luis went above and beyond to show my wife and I so many options, that it was such a hard choice to make what vehicle to choose. From start to finish, we were treated with EXCELLENT service! Highly recommend, if you are looking for a vehicle to bring your ideas to Luis, as he makes it TOO EASY! Si necesitas un carro, busco a Luis!!!

  This is the second car I have leased over the phone from GSF, and I'll lease another if needed. As with any phone communication, confusion is lurking in the background waiting to really mess up presumed understandings. It tried, but the considerate and genuinely nice people at GS Ford made it happen. Kudos to them, especially Chris and Mike. They had to put with me, and the did it successfully. Yes, I do recommend them.

  I would like to thank Gummy and the staff at Glenwood Springs Ford for the amazing service I received while buying a new vehicle. I honestly have to say they made me feel like family. Gummy stayed until almost 8pm trying to help us figure out financing on a truck. Gummy really took his time to research vehicles that matched our needs and wants. Thanks Gummy for all your help!!!!!

  I had recently bought a used vehicle from a Ford dealer on the front range. After two weeks the transmission was slipping. I took it in to Glenwood Springs Ford and after diagnoses the final cost would be $5,000. The vehicle was in a kind of limbo with the warranty. But do to the immense persistence and dedication of the service team at Glenwood Springs Ford they were able to find a solution. The transmission was fixed and i finally get to drive my new car. I can not thank them enough!

  I got a car, they didn't fill it with gas it was half full. They drove it to me but somehow used half a tank, not possible. They didn't tell me it come with one key and no mats at all. They were late when I went to look at the car. I asked what the car cost and got no answer until they had me sign. They told me the wrong loan amount because I had a trade in vehicle. I won't even go back for the "free" oil change. I'm sure the guys in service are better but I don't want to set foot on that property. The salesman was nice.

  My experience is very limited because I live out of state but a friend took her car there to get the thermostat replaced(should have asked for an estimate) oil change and thermostat over 500 dollars. I called my local dealer said should be around 200. Called another independent shop in Carbondale same 200. I politely asked if there could be an error and was told nope. Our service rate is 150 per hour and not based on real time but a software estimate of how long it could take. These guys definitely took advantage of a young lady that just didn’t ask enough questions. You really should be ashamed. Consequently the belt came off 2 days later( not their fault( I can’t see how) but got belt and both tensioner pulleys replaced for 200 in Carbondale, can’t imagine what these guys would have charged.
