  I was out of work for nearly the whole month of January due to covid which luckily didn't kill me but put me severely behind on all my bills due to being a contractor with no benefits. Basically no work no pay. Every other creditor understood and worked with me without judgement except this company. Jonathan acted like he could care less and insisted I pay even though it would be close to 30 days late since I haven't even paid my mortgage yet due January. I have never met any other organization that would be this way in these times. I can't wait to get this paid off and I would never use them again as a result.

  First off. The customer service dept only hires people who CANT speak English. Secondly, they charge a fee for everything. 3 dollars to pay your bill, a bill to pay a bill essentially. 11 dollars if you want to pay over the phone. I will never finance through this garbage organization again.

  WORST FINANCIAL INSTITUTION I have ever dealt with!! Don't be late ever because they will call every single day even if you have given a date for payment and they start calling the day after the payment is due not after the grace period. Representatives are always rude when they call!! The only reason I gave the one star was because I couldn't give them a Zero!! Next motorcycle we will go with someone else!!

  Terrible Customer Service... They want to charge me a $3.00 fee for paying my motorcycle loan online. I pay every bill I have online, dozens of household bills, creditors, etc. and NO ONE charges a fee. They have no option to avoid the fee other than at your inconvenience. Ridiculous policy for any reputable company.

  They are the worst financial service i have ever delt with i paid my loan of early and it has been over two months and I can get my title or a letter of ownership they keep saying that they mailed it and it never arrived the next step is a law suit for fraud!!!!!!!!

  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!CALLED TO GET A PAYOFF, A SIMPLE 10-DAY OFF! HAD TO CALL 3 TIMES JUST TO GET DIRECTED TO A DECENT PERSON WHO CAN GIVE ME A 10-DAY PAYOFF!! BECAUSE I WASN'T ON THE ACCOUNT THEY DID NOT WANT TO RELEASE THE INFORMATION! I HAD ALL THE INFORMATION IN THE WORLD: SOCIAL, PHONE NUMBER, ADDRESS, ACCOUNT NUMBER, THEY STILL DID NOT WANT TO GIVE IT TO ME! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Even though you schedule a payment, they call you three or more times a day until it goes through. They say they don't see scheduled payments, so their technology is about 20 years behind or they don't look first. There persistence needs to be shared with the department in charge of getting our info to the DMV, who lost my paperwork and took over two months to get things right so I could get my plates!
