  We used Harbor Mortgage and they were great. Mary Kay sure knows her stuff for a new Savannah buyer. She diligently worked for us, holding our hands as we fumbled our way through this and that. If it wasn't for her education and determination, surely we would have not done well. I have rated this five stars because it is the maximum that google will allow. Were there seven more stars to add, I would gladly do it. You really can't go wrong trusting these fine people.

  These guys were great with assisting me with my first home buying experience. They were understanding, helpful and even though we were not able to have many face to face interactions they kept me well informed and answered any questions or concerns I had promptly. The process was very smooth and they accommodated my busy schedule. I highly recommend.

  I really had forgot how long and cumbersome the process of taking a loan from application to closing really was be the team at Harbor Mortgage was so professional in doing the due diligence to making sure that all the i’s were dotted and the t’s were crossed. Jeff and Renee always stayed one step ahead of any anticipated or unanticipated glitches. They were on it. They kept me informed of everything I needed to produce in a manner that make the experience and transitions calm and peaceful. In closing, I would highly recommend a Harbor Mortgage to anyone for their financial needs. I certainly will use them again if ever the need arises.   David and the team at Harbor Mortgage just closed my 5th and 6th loans with the company within a week of each other. He stayed late and worked weekends to put the deals together. David has always been relentless in finding me the best rate and terms for residential mortgages. I bring him the craziest deals, and he always comes up with a way to finance them. He and his staff are always extremely friendly and provide individual attention whenever I call. I won't look for a loan anywhere else. I recommend him to everyone! Thanks David!

  The unfortunate thing about this review is that I cannot give more than 5 stars. Let me just start by saying I have done a few RE transactions in the past and working with Mary Kay at Harbor Mortgage has been nothing but a pleasure. She provides information and feedback with requests from a knowledgeable point of view. I will continue to do business with HMC in the coming months.   David was great. Friendly, experienced, and attentive. He explained all the options and helped us understand the process without being condescending. This was our second experience buying a house and was by far our best. I feel like a pro now.

  My husband and I experience with Harbor Mortgage Company was phenomenal. David and Renee were very pleasant and patient with us. There were some bumps in the process. David and Renee didn't give up on us and we made it to a successful end results. We will definitely recommend Harbor Mortgage Company and hope to use them again the future.

  The Absolute Best! If you want a company that will get you the best rate that you can afford, then David and his team are the people you need to contact. They will walk you through step-by-step (if needed), answer all your questions at all hours, and return your phone calls. Listen, this was not my first home purchase. I have had a few and there were a couple where I left closing feeling disappointed with the whole process. That is not the case with Harbor Mortgage. I felt like I was the one calling the shots and taking control of the whole process; Down to deciding which lender I would select to business with. I consider these guys like family. Don't waste precious time trolling the internet for mortgage rates. Don't get me wrong do your homework, but after you've done your part let the Harbor Mortgage team get you to the finish line with money in your pocket and a smile on your face.

  David and Renee were superb during my first home buying process. I found them right here on Google reviews and was amazed at the reviews they had already received. They definitely live up to their reviews as they made me feel rest assured and relaxed while dealing with all of the kinks and cracks that needed to be filled in order for me to purchase my first home. As long as they are in business, I will never go with another mortgage broker. 10/10

  I love Harbor Mortgage. They are one of the best mortgage companies if not the best in all Chatham County. I had the prefect portfolio. There was no reason why I wouldn't qualify to buy a home. Bank of America agent Kelly White prolong my loan for four months after I was pre-qualify for more than enough. Was it discrimination or racism? I don't know, but that's how I was beginning to feel. I met David and his team at Harbor Mortgage and told them what I was going through. They took my application. In less than one month we close on the house.
