  My experience at Drive Time With Lee Gloyd Was Funominal!! She made sure I was comfortable with everything. Qualifying, Searching for the car I wanted and Signing; Lee made sure I was aware of everything. Before I came here I went to 2-3 other dealers they couldn't do anything for me . I Came Here And Drove Away With My First Car at 19 ! I would truly recommend Drive Time With Lee Gloyd Any Time ! Thank you so much !

  Classic bait and switch. My wife reserved a car and we drove over 3 hours to pick it up. There were several major scratches that were not visible in the pictures. However we decided we could live with the scratches and went forward to purchase the car. The manager came over and said that there was good news because the price of the car had been lowered since the time we reserved it but we would have to pay a larger down payment. At first it seemed ok until i did the math. The price dropped $1,500 which seemed great but the apr went up. After doing the math it was going to cost $300 more for the loan. At this point they wouldn't honor the original price and apr rate and thought that we would not notice that the car was more expensive with the price drop. They blamed everything on corporate changes that they have no control over. Needless to say we had them refund our deposit and we will never shop drive time again. My advise to any buyer is to keep record of your agreement and do the math. It's very important. For a $13,000 car you will end up paying over $30,000 if the Apr is high. You may not have great credit when you shop here and feel like this is the only way you can get a car but don't let them take advantage of you like they tried to do to us. When we walked they tried to offer us the original terms but it was to late since they told us they had no way to change anything. That was obviously a lie and we don't deal with people who can't be trusted.

  I initially walked in to get pricing on a vehicle so I could come back later with a down payment. However, I was able to leave the same day with a car I wanted with an affordable monthly payment. All thanks to Austin Mullinax for helping me today.

  My experience with drivetime was more than excellent. My sales rep Yogi worked with me the entire process & exceeded my expections. He sets the bar very high for costumer service . Any problem I ran into during my car buying process Yogi was able to find the solution in a timely manner with each visit & when I finally had every thing I needed I was placed in the car that I wanted in a more than timely manner. He even helped get me an affordable car insurance rate during the process ! I will most definitely recommend to anyone i know that's in the market for a new car to go to drive & ask for Yogi !

  My sales rep, Lulu, was very helpful throughout the entire process. She kept me within my price range and show me vehicles that met my criteria. This experience at Drivetime made me wish I could buy a car once a month!!!!
