      Donna was amazingly helpful, I lost my father last year and she was very respectful about my loss. She helped me every step of the way to close my father's account out. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. I wish I lived in Georgia, I would swap banks in a heartbeat.

      After opening an account and getting a nonworking debit card, I tried to give them a second chance, they don't answer phones or emails,and I had to deposit through drive thru teller when I wanted to out the money in a different new savings account, the teller told me about yes she can help me just call her. Called her, called the manager. Apparently they have no time to help me protect my finances so I am asking for my cash back. I do not trust them to give me a cashier's check as they can't return a phone call or email with out it taking ten tries. I wanted to open a new savings account and safety deposit box Never have I been trying to open service or accounts offered to me at first and then ignored so badly in my life. No response from regional just waiting two business days that has now been a week, I do not feel my money is in safe hands with them and they have been absolutely horrendous customer service. Looking for recommendations on where to move my financial services now. UPDATED 12/14/21: no call backs, regional called once and still no return calls and now out to vacation until christmas eve. Two fraud charges done, Will not open me a svaings or secured credit card. RUDE everytime I call and NO response to emails. I'd trust a meth addict with my money. more than this bank. Absolutely horrible customer service and arrogance. Literally spent forty hours (I time my time) and still only have a checking account. They blame the merge and holidays. well That's odd, you didn't have an issue taking my money in the first place?

      The staff at this branch are very customer focused and accommodating. The Branch Manager, Mr. Bernstein is an absolute gentleman. I had an issue with a transaction at the central SunTrust office, Mike Bernstein stepped in and took ownership of the problem, communicated with me during the resolution, and facilitated an outcome mutually satisfactory for me and the bank. The sense of urgency and empathy put forth to solve my issue is something that is missing in banking these days. I'm thankful for Mr. Bernstein.

      Would give 0, but wasn't an option. I was in drive up lane for over half an hour, before being told we had to go through lobby. That was an hour long line. Also, they only give out $20's. No hundreds

      Its been several weeks now that I go at 6am to pull money out of the atm.... the ATM has not worked each and every single time. I SWITCHED it up went in the afternoon thinking maybe it was me.. nope four other car in front could pull money from the atm either. Now I refuse to drive to the closest suntrust to get my errand day started, Ill pay the extra three dollar money to withdrawal from Kroger atm... at least I know it works.

      They are NEVER open at 9am. Hint hint Mr. Manager opening at 9am means you are actually serving customers at that time, not lifting the curtains at 9:05...maybe you should fix that issue, ya think?

      literally the slowest bank ever. sat in line for literally 30 minutes because the ladies literally just take there time and chit chat.
