  A GOOD MORTGAGE COMPANY IS HARD TO FIND; HOWEVER, WHEN YOU DO FIND ONE, YOU WANT THE WHOLE WORLD TO KNOW ABOUT IT. SO HERE IT IS. HAPPY INVESTMENTS,INC. HAPPY INVESTMENTS,INC. IS A RARE BREED OF PROFESSIONALISM. THEY ARE A PROMPT,COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY SERVICE. WE HAD A VERY HARD TIME LOOKING TO REFINANCE AND TAKE EQUITY OUT OF OUR INVESTMENT PROPERTY. OUR SITUATION WAS A DIFFICULT ONE. BUT, SUNNY, OUR BROKER, TOLD US. "IF THEIR IS A MORTGAGE COMPANY OUT THERE FOR YOU, I WILL FIND IT"....... AND HE DID! THERE WAS LOTS OF REJECTIONS BECAUSE OF OUR DISADVANTAGED POSITION. HOWEVER, SUNNY IS VERY PERSUASIVE. HE TOOK THE TIME AND EFFORT TO HELP US FIND THE PERFECT LENDER FOR US. SUNNY MADE IT HAPPEN. WE GOT WHAT WE WANTED AND MUCH MUCH MORE. I RECOMMEND THE HAPPY INVESTMENT INC. TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR AN EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM A MORTGAGE BROKERAGE COMPANY.
