  Very accommodating and friendly. Very fast process compared to other such companies. My first visit took one hour from the time I walked in, until I left with my loan. These folks are outstanding and professional. The lobby is very clean and gives an inviting impression. Thanks HappyCash!!!

  Anabell Flores at Happy Cash has superior customer service! I appreciate Anabell explaining the contracts of the loans or installments and just making me feel comfortable with the choice I decided on. I will definitely recommend customers to your location Anabell! I also would like to say her staff was also great with acknowledging and courteous.

  They called to give me a reminder call 3 days prior to my due date which is fine and understandable. On the actual due date they called me 3 times back to back to see what time I was coming in. That’s extremely obsessive given the fact that I have never been one of those customers to not return a call or even pay late. When I called to see why they called so many times back to back I was told because I didn’t give a time when I was coming in. That’s annoying to be called back to back without getting an opportunity to even return a call.

  This is the worst to go to.. I never seen someone approved but and send in everything they need and still deny me of a loan. Need zero stars..

  A very well staff that is put together we'll to handle good customer service and they have a good staff that help each other and they gave me the best customer service I ever had I left with a smile 😁 so go get your 😁too.

  I love Happy Cash. A lady named Annabelle gave me great customer service over the phone. When i went to store they stayed late to help me with no attitude.
