Daniel Fred1This place is a joke. They make it extremely difficult to accomplish even the simplest of tasks. I believe its intentional because they make money off of their lack of technology.... Their systems are so outdated its astonishing to think they are able to stay afloat. Worst banking experience ever.

Angelyka C5I've never had issues while using this institution. Customer service has always been friendly and willing to provide help or answer any questions I have. I've never had any misunderstandings with the hours of service, nor have I ever felt cheated here. I will continue to use HAPO.

Tred Smith1This branch was the worst for me. They must train their employees to be more pleasant and professional. This is not a branch I would recommend. This credit union should be avoided.

B T5I have had this bank for almost 29 years and was excited for the Vancouver branch to open since we’ve been living in Western Oregon for over 25 years. The branch people are very friendly and helpful. I’ve lived in three different states and have kept this bank because of the great interest on my savings accounts and all the extras. We’ve had car loans through them and their rates have always been lower or compareable to the dealer for a new car.

Landon Merrill2Took well over an hour to ADD a checking account to an existing savings account. Agent that helped me was doing so remotely (via video call) and kept getting what I wanted wrong. After everything was "finished" I tried to make a deposit, only to find they messed up the account and it would not work! They couldn't even print me a debit card like they promised! Complete waste of 90 minutes. If their auto loan rates were not so competitive, I would have no reason to use them.
