  Said to come into the branch to activate my online banking to see my mortgage account. So I come into the branch and they want me to wait on hold on the phone for an hour. This company is ridiculous, convoluted, and doesn't care about it's customers. If they hadn't bought my mortgage I wouldn't be forced to deal with them but I would never voluntarily choose to work with this bank.

  I work graveyard at a grocery store with Chase inside. It is closed completely and the ATM is out of order. So I'm told that the chase on Milk plain is open. Get there at 9:20 closed until 930. Ok I'll wait. 10 o clock. The drive thru has more than seven cars waiting and at least 20 people outside the front door and in their cars waiting to open up. Nothing. No notice and when you call it says they can't answer the phone. So i call the 800 number to be out on hold for 50 minutes... Ok... Hour and a half later i hang up and start writing this. I lost my card so can't use any ATM. I'm on call from work to stock for things like toilet paper, sanitizer, and food. Things you all need. Well I need MY money to keep going to work and pay bills. Yes they still are coming, they don't listen to the lockdown rules. As soon as I can I'm leaving your bank. In this bad time you've made it worse. I'd give zero stars if possible. Have to try and sleep for work... You should get a lawsuit for this!

  Its a bank and the people are really helpful and friendly. They have helped us and actually turned our financial situation around. If I needed a bank I would choose Chase here over any other bank. Veteran friendly, you can pay bills from home without even writing a check and putting it into the mail. Simple, easy on you-stress free banking.

  Believe it or not. My family with worth more than any worthless employee at this bank. They act like they are worth something amd judge folks. They judge people on appearance I'm a walk in there with Pajamas but I'm worth more than the lady behind the counter and her whole family combined whatever be worth. I have riches and love and family and friends that is worth more than anything she could imagine . My possessions and integrity cannot be bought on like this lady behind the counter the smart alec .Smart butt employees. Smart mouths. They all talk back and disrespectful staff. Smart ass comments every time i go in. That some illegal stuff i hate this bank !! How is asked my correct address to run a card to take money off one account and put it on another they put my information in wrong so it be declined the lady laughed as she handed me back my card I asked her to run it again she laughed in my face and smiled and told me it's only one time per day they can run it otherwise I'll have to come back the next day she laughed at wasting my time like I was a big joke. This bank is horrible. Some old white lady same transaction i do every week. She put the info in wrong. So i was declined . to move money from one account to another. My job pays me on a prepaid card when I have time at work and I'm not working myself to death I will set up direct deposit I really hate doing business with Chase completely unprofessional I can't even believe they treat their customers like that that's disgusting. I will never set foot in this Chase Bank again as long as I live. I was thinking of starting a business with my family we will not be doing business at this Bank.

  Rude and incompetent staff/manager. Teller could not process a simple transaction correctly. Was "referred" to another branch. Had to race across town to make it before the bank closed. Thankfully, that branch had competent staff and was able to complete my transaction in under 5 minutes.

  At all costs, avoid working with Jared Kirkpatrick. Like a typical banker, he made us empty promises about waiving fees and extended the time required to meet the account minimum balance. He offered us 6 months before the $1500 required minimum was imposed, and to reverse the fees. Instead of Jared fulfilling his promise to us, the account accrued a negative balance and was closed on us right as our business is taking off - now with the account closed we cannot receive our revenue. When confronted with the issue, Jared took no responsibility and attempted to change the details of our agreement which I documented carefully on Day 1. Avoid this branch at all costs.

  Seriously!! Busiest bank ever, and absolutely no drive up ATM, it really sucks as a mom to have to go pull money out and also pull your kid out of the car just to do so. If I go to the drive up teller, they are completely rude and act like me pulling $40 out at the window is some huge crime and this is the only chase that never offers my daughter a sucker!! We will be switching banks because of this!!!

  Very bad service. Bank was empty have 5 costumes service people sitting and no one was able to help my parents to do change on account 👎

  Poor customer service and lacks transparency for banking. Does not care about customer experience only the bottom line of making themselves money.

  Waited for 30 minutes because they said that’s what the wait was. 30 minutes later I get told that it’s another 30 minutes. Finally someone asks us what we need pretty rudely and they tell us they dont provide the service. Could’ve told us that before we waited and not wasted my time. I left a guy named Jared there 3 voicemails when my card did not arrive on time and never got an answer back.
