  Hanscom Federal Credit Union... I have been a member for 3 years. Their rates are good but there service is poor. disappointed. I received a small loan with them that took 1 month to process! then my debit card stopped working and the could not fix it. try another bank such as DCU if you’re looking for rates. Working with Ewa Tapper was brutal

  My experience with HFCU was positive. I had an auto loan with them. My only concern was if I was five days late I would be getting a call and correspondence. Overall, I would do business with them again.

  I have been banking with HFCU for years! I am always greeted warmly by the bankers and have become very friendly with them also. I work downtown in Boston and there are two convenient branches in that area. I wouldn't do my banking anywhere else!

  Horrible company and customer service. I heard great things about this company so I tried them and they are absolutely horrible with paperwork, customer service, finishing a task... the list goes on. But hey they have no problem if you just want to give them your hard earned money while you do all the work for them. I called the main phone number several times and kept getting pushed back to the same location that hasn’t done their job to begin with! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Do NOT go to them!! Oh and I got told numerous times from the main number this is not how they do dusiness... but no one is trying to correct that.

  I love hanscom I have a car loan and a credit card with them and I'm about to refinance my loan with them again thank you for everything.

  Had a great experience getting a loan through Hanscom Federal Credit Union however when I visited the Brockton location the lady was slightly rude to me when explaining the process in which I will receive my title I paid in cash to receive the title in one week it's been two weeks I find out the lady never notified the DMV that I paid with cash so this process can be expedited so it's been 4 weeks because of this unprofessional individual I will not be getting another loan through Hanscom Federal Credit Union because of this employee

  If you overdraw your account these bozos will charge you $30 service charge per transaction without notifying that you are overdrawn. If this isn't it illegal, it certainly should be.

  Hanscom financed two motorcycles. I was also given advice on how to pay down my debt.

  You can not call this location to ask questions to a human, very disappointing.
