  Don’t bank here if you’re looking for online banking. The entirety of my time here has been a fight to pay my bill online. Multiple emails to customer service, multiple failed password reset attempts. Horrible communication via in writing. Do not recommend.

  I’m writing this review for my husband William Durham. We were greeted with prompt and courteous service upon entering. All of our questions were answered and information given that we asked for. Loan process was smooth and easy and done in a timely manner. A big shout out to those ladies, they were awesome. Thank you ladies!

  Who are we kidding who likes to deal with banking these days? It’s certainly not on my top favorites to do! But I was not only relieved on how easily my business was handled but impressed by the customer service! Lauren was more than helpful explaining my business with First Franklin financial, promptly answered all of my questions and a good reason I’m happy to continue to do business with them.   My experience with 1st Franklin is always so wonderful. The staff at the Diberville branch is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes it me asking questions about my loan. Even tho my account is in Gulfport they don't ever hesitate to help me out! I appreciate everything they've done for me, will definitely recommend to everyone!
