The former MidSouth Bank tellers that stayed after the merger, Jordan and Ms. Ramona, are the only reason I have stayed with Hancock Whitney. The merger was a nightmare to many of the MidSouth Bank customers. They did not seem adequately prepared for the merger/changeover. Way too many things went wrong in my opinion. Hopefully they will figure things out...
