  Dee is the best manager Chad's could ask for And the rest of his staff falls in line with him never have a bad experience at Chad's in Jennings

  We went to Chad's Pawn shop located in Jennings and was in there for over 3 hours shopping for several things for friends and relatives we spent over $1,000 with Martin which is an extremely nice guy very helpful very professional he should be the manager of that establishment No Doubt everything was fine but when we were bartering back and forth on different items throughout the store and he told us that we could have no taxes applied to the sell that they would pay for the difference instead of us bartering over each individual item I agree when I left we had so many items it took a cart and three people to get them out of the store and get to my car and I started looking over the invoice And realize that I was overcharged 211 dollars in taxes Martin was real good about it when we came back in and brought it to his attention so did the other manager and employees all sudden this guy Jeremy bust into the room I was there 3 hours never seen him once still have no clue who he is upset he's an a****** in the worst way he acts like he's running that place but he is going to put that business in the dumpsters are sure as the Suns going to rise in the morning he came out telling me that I don't know how to add and I must have a lousy accountant that works for me and I owe him money and cussing at the same time I told him I have 5 websites I deposited 397,000 last year with the Texas state comptroller's office I sure you and I got 8 rental properties I come there getting supplies for them I've been coming to the store for a long time and everybody there knows me except him but the thing is is he started hollering and cussing I just said we just agree to part ways. As I start bringing things into the store he starts snatching them off counter and starts putting them back on the Shelf I told him don't touch my stuff that's my money I purchased these they belong to me and I want everything here so you can optimize everything at once and them not be scattered around and things get confused or misplace he starts cussing again saying he'll do whatever he wants to in his store I said no your not not with my property then he says I've got cameras to watch your property I said well that's good because Ill call the police and tell them that you had no permission stealing my stuff and going elsewhere with it out of my sight thing is if I purchased it it's mine and that's it easy case of deceptive trade practices No Doubt the $211 that I seen I was overcharged I agreed to spend it in the store right then because that's why I came there anyway what's the shop all the way from Galveston anyway I left with the $1,000 I spent and went to Lake Charles to the other chad location on 1714 La Lake Charles is there address and I had a guy named Jason help me over there i explained to him what happened he was very helpful and tried to make up for it as best as he could I spent $1,000 over there got a lot of wonderful things this is just to let you know don't even bother going to that other ocation because the employees they're not allowed to delegate responsibility yes some dumb ass come in there no matter what's happened and f****** the whole deal he's a loser whoever the owner is this place needs to fire his ass as soon as yesterday

  Martin is so helpful he is always going the extra mile! I will wait all day just for him to be available definitely my favorite!

  I love going to Chad's Pawn shop, they are the best especially Martin. He has good customer service and very sweet , when going to Chad's Pawn shop in Jennings ask for Martin he's the best!

  Chads pawn shop is a very professional business, they always have kind workers and they are always willing to negotiate with you! Definitely recommend this store in Jennings!

  I always have a great experience here and the staff is always very friendly, just go see for yourself ask for Dee, David, Martin, Buster, or Tyler; plus they be having those great deals!

  Chad’s is amazing. It not your typical pawn shop. These guys are good! Would be great to have a shop of this caliber in Lafayette.

  I've gotten great deals from the guys who work here, its a good place with friendly people. They wouldn't sell you anything they wouldn't put in their own homes. Thanks guys for everything you do.

  Martin is a great person to deal with when I go to Chad's. Great personality and he has alot of patience. Go Martin!!!❤❤❤
