  A simple request for account information (just needed balance info) over the phone turned into a 30 minute (and still going) ordeal. The branch could not help us and transferred us to a customer "service" line, this line could not assist and transferred to the next line. We are currently on hold with the 4th transfer. I am fairly certain that this is actually purgatory. PS Still holding...
