I was welcomed with open arms by the staff who were all very knowledgeable. I sat down with Roddy Merritt who asked me just about every question possible for what I wanted to fit my needs. After careful consideration and budgeting I was given a number of choices to choose from where I found the car of what seems like dreams! I would like to thank everyone at Wilson Premier Hyundai for such an amazing experience and outstanding customer service! I am enjoying my brand new Hyundai Veloster to the fullest!

Ray Brooks4Product Specialist Jerome Williams greeted me on my first visit. He was always VERY, VERY helpful and willing to listen each time I visited. After looking at the Santa Fe, I decided that I would test drive different SF models ( Jerome has lots of patience ) and fell in love with the longer SF fully loaded with a V6 engine and 3 row seating. I purchased it the first week in December. Overall, I had an excellent purchase experience from dealing with Jerome to the Finance Department. I also ordered some accessories and Brad in the parts department was very helpful and courteous. The service department is also friendly and helpful. They seem to genuinely care about the customer's needs and expectations. I only could give 4 stars because my new vehicle was delivered with a dirty exterior and cloudy, filmed interior windows. On two, separate visits they still could not get it clean. I do realize the highway construction in the area contributed to some of this, but I was disappointed that a dealership selling $60k vehicles could not properly detail a brand new SUV. I ended up detailing it myself and it looks beautiful. I also have some type of shake, wheel balance problem ( since delivery ) that cannot be resolved. The service manager, Michelle Lee rode with me and confirmed it, but on driving another similar model, we determined that this was present on it as well. I'm assuming this is a tire or wheel issue from the factory and I'm hopeful that a fix will be in my future. ****UPDATE 3/1/15**** The dealership was able to determine that the wheel issue I was having was actually due to defective tires. After replacing all 4 tires my Santa Fe is perfect now. Many thanks to their fine service department. I highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market for an automobile. Friendly faces and very helpful staff. Once all the construction is complete, it will be easy to get in and out of the dealership.

Amy Foerster1We found a used vehicle we really wanted to purchase online through this dealership. We contacted the dealership to show we were very interested and wanted to make sure it was still available. They not only returned 1 email but 2 and we even spoke with them on the phone. My husband then took 1/2 a day off work and we proceeded to drive 4 hours to purchase this vehicle, only to find out it had been sold. Not sold to a person that day, but to a wholesale company days before!! Not only did we waste 8+ hours of our day, my husband missed 1/2 a days work! When we asked to speak with the manager about things, he wouldn't even come speak with us, only offered to fill our tank with gas for the inconvenience, which we declined! A tank of gas does not come close to making up for the horrible customer service that was represented. I will say the salesman was very nice and tried his best. But when you tell someone that is 4 hours away that you are going to get the car cleaned and have it pulled to the front waiting for you to arrive, the least you could do is call when you realize that a mistake has been made and the car is no longer there. We are still absolutely baffled at how you could treat potential customer that way!
Response from the ownerAmy, I am sorry we sold that vehicle out from under you. I understand how you feel but all these cars are for sale all the time. We got the opportunity to sell the car to a buyer with cash and having no deposit on the car, we sold it. We stand behind all cars we sell with a free 3 month/3000 mile warranty. We love to sell cheap, under $9999 cars but if a car will not run and drive right, is unsafe or has thousands of dollars in problems, we do sometimes wholesale them. We never wholesale cars that are nice, retail able cars that we would put our name on the back of. You might thank your lucky stars for not getting an opportunity to buy that vehicle. Our free used car 3 mo/3000 mile warranty is 50/50...so I bet if I didn't want to take a chance on my half, you wouldn't have been happy about paying half for a ton of repairs or problems either. Perhaps we should have pushed you harder to put a deposit down to "hold" the car but we have customers who say they are coming to look and don't show up on a daily basis. Maybe we can find something else and make you a great deal to make it up to you if you will give us a second chance. Something that is nice, clean and affordable that doesn't have thousands of dollars in problems. Doug Wilson
