  Our mortgage experience with cornerstone was very satisfying. Bo was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions and made this process as smooth as possible. Having dealt with multiple mortgage companies over the years cornerstone is the best I have ever dealt with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage.

  Bo Knows Mortgages. Bo is very knowledgeable and his staff that surrounds him are as well keeping professionalism at the forefront. Never worry about two closing dates as he will only give you one date because if a problem arises you will know sooner than later. This was my 1st home in a very competitive market and new construction and Bo and Lavonda guided me every step of the way. For all of my housing needs I will always choose Cornerstone as Bo Knows Mortgages!!!!!

  We recently used Cornerstone Home Lending to purchase a home. I was extremely pleased with Bo Smith and his team. They were courteous and professional, paying attention to all the details. The loan was processed quickly and we were ready to close a week early. Bo took the time to explain everything and was available anytime we had questions. He updated us and our realtor at every step.   Mr. Bo Smith and his team were terrific. He was so honest and upfront about everything. He even provided us with a zoom conference to break down all the paperwork and clear up misconceptions. His team was great too. We worked with the loan processor Sarah L. and she was very thorough and patient with us also. They are great people who will hear your situation for buying a house and see how they can help. My husband and I closed on our home 5 days ago!!!
