      Our buyer chose this company and the closing was highly unprofessional in my opinion. We had a 1:00 appointment to close but received several phone calls to stay home until they told us to come...thereby missing the 2:00 deadline for wire transfers by banks. Meaning we would close without receiving the funds with a weekend facing us. When we did arrive, we were told the conference room had been previously booked and would we mind doing the closing in our CAR!!! Well what were we to do?? I have since spoken with the owner of the company and have received an apology...just want that to be on the record as well. Terribly disorganized and unprofessional but the apology has been accepted.

      Absolutely the worst title company, or just company, to deal with ever. Zero communication, no help, and you have to get past the lady that answers the phone to get any knowledge and even then they are rude and spoke/treated us extremely poorly. There are too many other title companies to have to go through this behavior. Almost 6 months to close a very simple cash transaction!!
