  Allen and the Crew at Pawn Plus, are above Exceptional! They Work with Me and I feel Valued as a Customer. I’ve been doing Business with Pawn Plus for over 14 years. The Competitors are way over priced. I was in a bind and went to the Competitor and needed a Loan, They looked at my Snap-On and DeWalt Tools like they were Garbage. They offered me 1/2 of what I needed. I Refused the offer. I will only do Business with Pawn Plus.

  I have been visiting Pawn Plus a few times and bought a few items, the staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. I would like to particularly thank Sylvia from the St. George store, she helped me get a great deal on a PlayStation for my self and my family, this addition has brought our family together, I couldn't be happier to have such an amazing employee as Sylvia.   Had a title loan year for over a year fell 2 months behind in interest payments and came and towed the car with 0 warning. The manager there said very rudely they do not legally have to give any warning at all. As a customer of over a year you would think that a warning pay the interest today or car Is towed tommorow would be at minimal a professional courtesy especially as my wife had talked to a lady there not 12 hours prior to the tow and she said nothing. Now instead of just coming up with interest due the entire amount plus tow is required. They felt it nessecary to do this all right before Christmas. Customer loyalty is not reconized and professional courtesy is non existent.

  I really love coming in and working with Sylvia. shes always so nice and willing to take great care of my needs. i would recommend anyone to come see her and they always have so many great things to look at.

  I've had such amazing experiences when I come here ! They have alot of things you can easily find what you need here.! Great customer service.! And will buy your things that you want to sell for good prices.! Definitely recommend it.

  Excellent service, always willing to help, very friendly, and great selection of unique items all at a fair price, talk to Felipe, Alan, or Leonard. Alan recently helped me get a ps4 with a few games for a great price, he helped me to get the most value out of my trade items just to get it all to work for me, and trades and some cash later i walked out the door with it, and it was a great experience, i felt he did all that he could to get me the item i wanted and ive had those same type of interactions with Felipe at least once a week he helps me with something, and every once in awhile Leonard helps get me what i need but only if Felipe lets him, lol, they are a great bunch of employees and pawn plus really does pay more than the other shops ive been to all the other ones in town and i choose to do all my business here, and out of the 3 pawn plus title loans locations, this is my favorite. I hope this helps anyone that is still confused about what pawn shop they need to use.

  They gave me a free DVD! Also they sold me a really good N64 game for super cheap. 5/5 for an avid pawn shop hunter, very impressed.
