  Of the four semi-custom builders we spoke with, Hakes Brothers and their Rep. Henry have been upfront with everything and have kept us an our Realtor in the loop. The others not so well. That is why we have decided to go with Hake's Brothers to build our home. Their open communication, quality in construction and professionalism were all key in our decision. We are looking forward to our new build to begin and are confident Hakes Brothers will present us with a quality home.
