      It took over half hour to do a complete basic return. Kept referring to getting "hate mail" from IRS. I never heard of that..... long story short he wanted to charge 300 for what would've taken him literally five minutes. Basic starting prices at several others is $150.... his reply was "Oh, I can't do that. " So can expect to pay twice much for less than average service with poor communication

      Too expensive for the little they did. I still have not gotten all my refund after 9 months and although they can find out with one phone call other than the public number, they refused unless I pay more money and the call to them is free. I asked for the contact info and they refused.
