  My mother needed a mortgage and she was almost 80. It was her first loan ever and she was so excited she got approved because where she banks declined her, although she had dealt with the same bank 40 years, but she never had ANY credit all her life. Gulfstream treated her great.

  This is an outstanding company that does what they say they will do. They handles all the required paperwork and held my hand during the whole process. I interacted with multiple people in their company and I have compliments for all of them, and more specifically Harry, Dan and Libby. Very competitive rates as well. Definitely would recommend them.

  Asked about mortgage everything was fine. Told him I would also be checking with another mortgage broker. Harry went crazy yelling being rude, I asked him if he was ok, he told me not to annaly's him. I said why are you getting so upset with me, he said people like me were the problem, why they can't afford the building there in. Then his son's came in and through me out said I was a jerk for asking if he was ok when he started shaking and yelling. BOTTOM LINE go to a broker that is going to stay in business.
